12 Angry Men

Last night I went to see Pioneer Theater Company's production of '12 Angry Men'. The story is about twelve jurors deciding the fate of an eighteen year old accused of murder. The jurors own prejudices and emotional baggage influence the way they interpret the evidence and the way they deal with one another. The show was outstanding and the appreciative audience offered the actors a standing ovation at the conclusion. You've only got a few more days to see the show since it closes this weekend.

If theater- going isn't in your plans for the weekend you can also watch the 1957 movie of the same name starring Henry Fonda and Jack Klugman. This film often appears on 'best of' movie lists.
